Student Profile: Vanessa Satsatin, Constitution Day Award Winner

This year’s first prize winner for the Constitution Day essay contest is Vanessa Satsatin. She was born in Nevada and became a student at AUHS this past summer. She enrolled because:
What motivated me to join AUHS was hearing about this school’s faiths and beliefs and wanting to make a positive impact on society. I found out that AUHS is very involved in volunteering, especially holding events to help those in need, and I want to be part of an association which serves and provides for communities.
In her spare time (which for nursing students is not much) she loves to go camping and “enjoy the beauty of nature.” Well done, Vanessa! We are inspired by your example!
